We strive to make mental health services accessible to individuals from all walks of life

Here’s what you need to know about our rates, insurance policies, super bills, and reimbursements:

Fee for Service:

For clients who prefer to pay out of pocket, our fee for service is $150 per therapy session. We believe this rate strikes a balance between affordability and the value of the services we provide.

Insurance Coverage:

While we are committed to accepting insurance to broaden access to care, our specific network of accepted insurance providers is currently under development. As we navigate the credentialing process with various insurance companies, our primary focus is on securing contracts with major providers in the region.

Currently, we are in-network with PrimeWest, and existing clients with PrimeWest coverage are welcome at Anchors Wellness. As we expand our network and finalize insurance contracts, we will update our website and communicate any changes to our clients.

If you have any questions about insurance coverage, fees, or payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are dedicated to helping you navigate the financial aspects of mental health care with clarity and transparency.

Reimbursements and Super Bills

We understand that navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement processes can be complex. That's why we strive to provide our clients with the necessary support and resources to streamline this aspect of their mental health care journey.

Super Bills:

For clients who pay out of pocket for their therapy sessions, we offer detailed super bills upon request. A super bill is an itemized statement that includes all the information insurance companies typically require for reimbursement purposes. This document enables clients to seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider according to their out-of-network benefits.

Our super bills contain essential details such as the date of service, CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes for the services provided, the therapist's credentials, and other necessary information. With a super bill from Anchors Wellness, clients can submit their claims to their insurance company for potential reimbursement of therapy expenses.

Reimbursify App:

To further simplify the reimbursement process, we recommend using the Reimbursify app. Reimbursify is a user-friendly mobile application designed to help individuals quickly and easily submit their out-of-network therapy claims for reimbursement.

With Reimbursify, clients can take a photo of their super bill, answer a few simple questions, and submit their claim directly to their insurance company—all from their smartphone. The app provides status updates on submitted claims and helps clients track their reimbursement progress effortlessly.

We are committed to transparency and ensuring that our clients have access to clear and accurate information about the cost of their medical care. As part of our dedication to providing high-quality mental health services, we adhere to the requirements outlined in Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, which mandates the provision of Good Faith Estimates to individuals who are not enrolled in a health plan or coverage, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage.
